- Damage from crashes, misuse, improper assembly, or lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, or chains unless specified.
- Modifications not approved by the manufacturer.
5. How to file a warranty claim
Contact us at info@bikecenter.store with your order number, product model/SKU, serial number (if available), and a description of the issue. Include photos when helpful. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
6. Shipping and service
