We operate an online store offering certified pre-owned and refurbished e-Bikes, related accessories where available, and customer support related to orders, sizing, warranty, and delivery. Product availability, catalog listings, and service features may change without notice.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Availability is limited and is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Applicable sales tax may be charged based on your shipping address and local law. We may cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing or inventory errors.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or limit orders for lawful reasons, including fraud prevention, inventory limits, or delivery constraints. Certified e-Bikes are shipped via insured carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. 9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns pages. Certain items (for example, final-sale, custom, or clearance bikes) may have limited or no return rights. Order cancellations after fulfillment has begun may not be available.

Warranty coverage, if any, is described in our Warranty Policy and in materials included with your bike. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
