Wear items are serviced or replaced to meet our standards.
- 5. Certify
Passing bikes receive a certification report and warranty eligibility.
- 6. Ship
Your exact bike is packed and shipped with tracking.

Our mechanics evaluate each bike across three categories:
Mechanical
- Frame & fork structural check
- Wheels true and spokes tensioned
- Tires tread and sidewall condition
- Brake pads and rotor wear
- Drivetrain wear and shifting
- Headset and bottom bracket play
- Suspension function (if equipped)
Electrical
- Motor power and assist levels
- Battery capacity test
- Display and controls
- Charging port and charger test
- Wiring harness inspection
- Sensor calibration
- Firmware version check
Cosmetic
- Paint and decal condition
- Saddle and grips wear
- Cable routing tidy
- Accessories present and functional
- Serial number verification
- Overall cleanliness
Battery health
Batteries are tested for capacity and charge behavior. Notes are added to listings and inspection reports when relevant.
Warranty
Certified e-Bikes include a 1-year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Read the full warranty policy.
