Shipping & Returns
How we deliver certified e-Bikes, typical timelines, return rules, and how we handle exchanges.
1. Door delivery
Certified e-Bikes are delivered to your door via insured carriers. Available services and estimated delivery windows are confirmed at checkout or after order review. Transit times may be longer during peak seasons or to remote areas.
2. Processing times
In-stock e-Bikes typically ship within a few business days after order confirmation. Final inspection, carrier scheduling, and warehouse availability can affect timing. We will notify you by email if delays occur.
3. Shipping charges
Delivery costs depend on bike size, destination, and carrier rates. Promotional shipping offers, when available, are applied at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery access
Most e-Bike deliveries require a residential or commercial address with suitable access for a large box or assembled bike. Confirm that your delivery location can accept a bike shipment before placing an order.
5. Return eligibility (14-day test ride)
Certified e-Bikes are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery when returned in like-new condition. During the test period, keep riding under 20 miles total. A restocking fee may apply; prepaid return labels are provided for qualifying returns.
6. Items that cannot be returned
Custom-configured builds, heavily used bikes, or items explicitly marked as final sale may be non-returnable. Restrictions are noted on product pages where possible.
7. How to start a return
Contact our support team at info@bikecenter.store with your order number, SKU(s), and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions when applicable.
8. Refunds and exchanges
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping or restocking charges. Exchanges can be arranged as a new order using return credit.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If your bike arrives damaged or you receive the wrong model, notify us promptly with photos of the packaging and bike. We will work with you on replacement or refund as appropriate.
