4. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address with suitable access for bike delivery. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.
5. Tracking
When available, tracking details will be provided after shipment. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take time to appear.
6. Delivery issues (lost, damaged, or missing)
Please inspect deliveries promptly upon arrival. If a bike is damaged, missing components, or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos.
7. Partial shipments
