How do I choose the right e-Bike?
Consider how you'll ride: city commuting (City/Hybrid), touring (Road), trails (Mountain), hauling (Cargo), or limited storage (Folding). Check rider height range, motor class, and battery range. Our support team can help you compare models.
How does shipping work?
Certified e-Bikes ship to the contiguous 48 states. Delivery is typically to your door within about a week. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may incur extra charges.
What warranty do certified e-Bikes include?
Every certified e-Bike includes a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship after our inspection process.
What are e-Bike classes (1, 2, 3)?
Class 1 provides pedal assist up to 20 mph. Class 2 adds a throttle, also capped at 20 mph. Class 3 pedal assist goes up to 28 mph. Regulations vary by state — check local laws before riding.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock bikes typically ship within a few business days. Most deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Eligible e-Bikes may be returned within 14 days if unused and in the same condition. Contact support before initiating a return.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information once your bike ships. Log into your account and open Orders for status updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
What does certified mean?
Each bike is inspected and refurbished by trained mechanics, passes a multi-point checklist, and is sold in new or like-new condition with documented battery health.
How is battery health verified?
Our certification includes battery capacity testing and charge cycle review. Battery specs and health notes are included on product pages where available.
Are listing photos of the exact bike I will receive?
Yes. Certified listings use photos of the specific unit in stock, along with an inspection report on the product page.
Is a charger included?
Most bikes include a compatible charger. Check the product description and inspection report for what is included with your unit.
How do I know if a bike fits my height?
Each listing shows a recommended rider height range. Use our buyer's guide sizing section or contact support if you are between sizes.
Do you offer financing?

How do I sell my e-Bike to Bike Center?
Submit your bike details on our sell page. We respond with an offer within one business day and provide a prepaid label for qualifying bikes.
Can I test ride before buying?
Online orders include a 14-day return window (≤20 miles of riding) so you can ride at home. Visit our McDonough showroom to see styles in person.
What battery health should I expect?
We test every battery and note capacity on the inspection report. Most certified bikes meet or exceed 80% of rated capacity.
